Digital products are all products sold that can be instantly downloaded and accessed after purchase. Gift Cards or any form of Credit that may be redeemed on our website to purchase either digital or physical products are NOT refundable and so they are not included in the digital products' guarantee.
Crochetree wants you to be completely and perfectly satisfied, and that is why we offer a 60-day money back guarantee from the date you ordered your physical product(s). Now don't get me wrong, we'd love to know why you didn't like it, but only if you are willing to tell us. Otherwise, it's 100% satisfaction guaranteed return. No questions asked.
Here's how it works:
- Return the unused portion of your product, the original invoice that came with your product (if you don't have that please indicate the date you purchased your product so we can attempt to look it up) and your RMA#. We must receive the return within 60 days from the date you originally purchased the item, for the refund to be valid.
- It is your responsibility to pay the return postage and we recommend you send it to us with tracking or delivery confirmation to expedite the process and avoid delays. Note: we must receive the bag(s) within 60 days from the date you originally purchased the item, for the refund to be valid.
- The charges (excluding shipping and handling fees) are fully refundable. We really want you to be satisfied, but we must adhere to these guidelines in order to be fair and consistent.
- The discounts redeemed at the time of purchase will lose effect when the refund is issued.
- We offer our money back guarantee on your most recent Auto-Order.
- Last but not least, a skein of yarn can only be returned if less than half of it was used. We want to be fair, but we can't refund if we receive less than half its original weight. We want to be fair with you and hope you will be fair with us too. It usually takes a week to process your package, and another 7 business days for a bank (debit card) or credit card company to process the refund.
Route Insurance Policies Marked As Delivered (Stolen)
File claims no earlier than 5 and no later than 15 days from when it was marked delivered. Orders over $100 USD require a police report.
File claims for damaged items with photos of the package and item (required) and no later than 15 days from when it was marked delivered.
