A few helpful answers.

Still wondering about something?
Ask the Crochetree team

How does the free pattern work?

Put any four patterns in your cart and the lowest-priced one is taken off at checkout, automatically, with no code. Eight patterns, two free. Twelve, three free. Dolls, outfits, animals, sets and eBooks all count, in any mix.

Are these patterns for beginners?

Our patterns only use single crochet, double crochet and a few other basic stitches. If you have never picked up a hook, give yourself a week or two to practice the basics first. With a little experience, you will find them very manageable, and your results improve with every doll.

How do I receive my patterns?

Right after checkout you get an email with the PDF files, so you can start straight away. Every pattern also stays in your account on our website, so you can download it again any time.

What yarn do I need?

Each pattern lists the exact Crochetree colors and amounts, and any other fingering-weight cotton works too. Most dolls have a matching yarn set with every skein you need. See the yarn sets.

What is your refund policy?

We have spent thousands of hours developing and refining these patterns, and we think you will love them. Still, if you are not happy with a pattern for any reason within 60 days of purchase, let us know and we refund 100% of your money. No questions asked.

What if I lose access to my patterns?

You will not. Every file you buy stays in your Crochetree account, 24/7, for life.
